Return Policy

Our main idea of Return & Exchange is that we don't want any unhappy customers who bought what they didn't expect and end up not wearing it at all.
We create best things we can create as of now and would like our customers to wear our clothes happily.
Though we have put our policy in somewhat formal form as per below, please keep our main idea in mind. Let us figure out the best way possible for you, and please help us do that.

 

RETURNS
Within 30 days of your purchase, we can offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unpressed, and in the same condition that you received it.

-  purchase date
-  item name
-  paid amount
-  the reason for return
We’ll arrange a pickup and get back to you by email with updates within 1 working day. 
We would bear the return shipping charge.


REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.
When your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment except for Cash On Delivery. The process would take some days (depending on the method).
For the Cash On Delivery payment, we cannot refund by cash, therefore we request you to instruct us on an alternative refund method.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If the purchased item is defective or damaged, we'd exchange it.
If you opt for exchange with the same item of another size, please first return the item and purchase the right size as a new order.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund even after two weeks of our information about refunding, first please contact your credit card company and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done these and still have not received your refund yet, please kindly contact us by replying to our email about refunding.
