Q. Can I wash MIRCHI KOMACHI item in the washing machine?
A. Depends on the item, you can, but we recommend hand wash, or at least use a laundry net. Please check the description of each item.
We make our items to last, but since the patterns (especially of jackets) are not planar, machine wash might destroy the silhouette.

Q. Will the colours come off from MIRCHI KOMACHI items?
A. Depends on the item, it might. Please avoid washing with other things in the first few times of washing. And dry at a breezy shade to avoid colours fade from the sunlight.

Q. Will MIRCHI KOMACHI items shrink?
A. They would not shrink much unless washed in warm water. We soak the fabrics in water to pre-shrink them before production. If your MIRCHI KOMACHI item has shrunk a lot and lost the right size for you, please kindly let us know.

A. You cannot do it online, so please kindly let us know from Contact Us form, we’ll get back to you by email with the next step within 1 working day.

Q. How can I exchange the item?
A. If you opt for exchange with the same item of another size, please first return the item and purchase the right size as a new order.

Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If we consider that it is applicable for a refund, we'll pay you back in the same method as your original payment, except for Cash On Delivery.

PAYMENT
Q. Do you charge GST added to the item price?
A. As of now, all tax is included in the prices. No tax would be added in the payment page.
SHIPPING
Q. What is the delivery fee?
A. As of now, for deliveries within India, we don't charge the delivery fee regardless of the purchase amount.
Q. I live out of India. How can I order?
A. We're sorry that we've limited our order form only for domestic orders as of now. The main reason is that, compared to the price range of our products, international courier fee is too high and it doesn't make much sense to pay (for the customer or for us) unless the order is for multiple items.
Nonetheless, of course it's possible. We have experimented a few times to deal with orders from abroad by accepting payment through PayPal (outside this website) and shipping out by courier.
If you'd like to know how much the shipping cost would be, please first Contact Us with information about where you live, which item(s) you wish to purchase, along with your contact. We'll check if the order is acceptable, and get back to you by email with the estimated shipping charge.
PATTERN
Q. What are these "Made from the “female-body” basic pattern" and "Made from the “male-body” basic pattern"?
A. They're showing the type of body the item would follow well.
We're in the degendering process of our brand. We don't want to specify which item is for "women" and which for "men". Anyone should be able to select any item regardless of their body gender or gender identity.
But we made certain items with certain body type and silhouette in mind, so we'd like to convey you the accurate information about them.
Nevertheless, still anyone can select any item after understanding the information!

Q. Can you make an item with my size which doesn't exist on the product page?
A. As of now, basically the sizes which are not available on the product pages are really not available, since we can't make the same item when we can't find the same fabric(s).
But we're incorporating "made-to-order" system in which we keep the stock not as products but as fabrics. As for the items which are "made-to-order", we mention so in each product page.
For such items, you can ask us to make one of the size which are not in stock, or even doesn't exist (e.g. XXXL), or a boxy blazer instead of curvy blazer (so-called "men's" blazer instead of "women's" blazer!). As long as we have enough fabrics, we can make one for you!
It's NOT "full customisation" as of now, but we can provide way wider options in this way.
